After trying several times to patch up with ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif now seems to have decided to finally move on.
It was nearly five months ago when Ranbir packed his bag and moved out of their love nest.
Katrina and Ranbir's unexpected split created quite a buzz in the industry and nobody saw it coming.
Now, it seems that the actress has well and truly put the break-up behind her and moved on in life.
According to reports, Katrina recently moved out of the couple's former apartment.
Gossip website Pinkvilla quotes a source saying, "Katrina had stayed on after Ranbir packed his bags and left, perhaps in the hope that he would return. Also, the rent had been paid for the next six months, so it made sense to continue and stay there, rather than moving out immediately after he left. Although, she would keep shuttling between her earlier rented apartment and the new one. She had been hunting for another apartment, now she has found it."
After the spilt both mainted a dignified silence on the matter.
Ranbir's parents were given strict instructions not to speak about his relationship.
Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor stayed quiet for the longest time but in a recent interview his father confirmed the break-up.
Talking about his son's relationships and break-ups, Rishi told Filmfare, "He's had two relationships in the past with his co-actresses. We've had no problem. It's up to him who he wants as a wife, as a girlfriend or work with as a co-actor. He's most welcome to marry whoever he wants. We'd only be happy to have a daughter in law."
On the professional front, Ranbir and Katrina will soon be seen in the much-delayed 'Jagga Jasoos'.
There were rumours of Ranbir and Katrina refusing to fly overseas for the shoot, forcing director Anurag Basu to suspend the Moroccan schedule and create exotically designed sets in the city itself.
Apparently after much coaxing, the long impending Morocco schedule is finally happening. Both the actors have reached the North African country and are working hard to complete the film.
It will be a 10-day schedule and the film's much-delayed shoot will finally be wrapped up.
